diplomat dies when opening safe - safety device blamed.

Forgot how to dial the combination on that old safe? Think you got the right numbers but the handle is stuck? What safe should you buy? Ask your safe questions here!

I too heard of a few fellow techs finding booby trapped safes. most related to drug seizures though. When i get a call from the local police or attorney generals office i demand explosives dogs go over safe before i touch. i also never open the door more than enough to glance around the inside of the doors for wires or cables before swinging it fully open. call me cautious.

You think thats cautious? I never open the door period, I let the customer open it after I defeat the lock.
Fact is there is nothing in anyone's safe that I want to want-- if I don't see it then I can't want it.
