If you tension the very bottom of the keyway the tension wrench can actually be tensioning the lock body itself and this may be your problem. If you put no tension at all and pull you pick along the pins can you hear them snap back down?

Have a few different sizes of Master padlocks keyed alike but the large "Commercial #5" gave me fits. Got to where I could rake it every time no problem but still couldn't SPP. I did notice that the first pin was disappearing what seemed like too much like I was overpicking it. Finally saw LeeRM's post above. Now in just no time at all I am SPPing it every time. Don't know if has the anti-bump driver pins and short key pin or not as LeeRM said but it sure looks like it might.

I had this same problem and after looking at the posts here I tried moving the tension bar and that did the trick as well.

Wherever this lock is, I'd like to have a shot at it. Master locks don't generally give me any challenge at all but, the #101 is one that I've never seen before, let alone picked.
