open ups is one of my partner kens companies, as part of 24/7 i deal purely with the picking side and not the drilling, urgh ugly word, though i realise non destructive ( yuk ) drilling is the way some work, and better this than driller killer, ken is the only person who sells this kit so you would need to email him. i dont sell these kits and dont promote them, so il not be drawn into posts on them.
they are good , but only available direct from kens site.

picking

Postby SAFEPICKS » 27 Oct 2004 17:05

Hi
If a lock was faulty i was told you have no choice but to drill it open as the picks cannot open a faulty lock, would i be correct in saying that you cannot pick every lock? I would love to pick every lock but im sure you have to drill some of them at some time.

a faulty lock does need drilling, dependent upon the fault, sometimes it can be the key at fault and not the lock.
but to answer your question, i do drill some locks , like you say when lock is faulty or when time is a factor on some jobs.
though for private call outs, if a lock can be picked it should be
