Is this a mogul?

I have a mul-t-lock mogul, i know how big moguls are, but i cant tell if this is a legit mogul or if it just looks big.

the guy didnt really tell me if it was or not, just said it was similar.

is the medeco Maximum m3 similar to the medeco D11, that huge dead bolt rim cylinder instead? i cant figure out the size of this thing in relation to other cylinders. thank you.

This deadbolt cylinder is the same size as Your medeco deadbolt cylinder & uses the same rings, but the screws are a dif thread
