Euro cylinder inserting top pins!?

Postby njackson » 16 Apr 2015 5:05

Was playing around with a euro cylinder and the Top pins and springs popped out forgot to put the circlip back on! What's the easiest way to get them back in?

Moving this post from Locks to European Locks, where you can also find stickies that show how to repin a euro profile using a simple paper clip tool to hold the pins and springs in place here: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5199#p46366

Easiest way I know is to get someone else to do it, barring that if the top of your lock has set screws in it, instead of a series of caps, unscrewing the setscrews and loading the pins back in that way is my second favorite.
Otherwise I'm sure we'll need to see a picture to fully understand just how much (and what kind) of work You will need to do.
