in the real world you'll need a couple of both, since you'll be cutting them to fit locks, and you'll end up with a range of sizes. by which i mean you'll be changing the sizes of the upstands to fit different keyways. if it's for work i'd get a 3 lever try out set and some piano wire to make picks, check out island locks on youtube for info on bending wires to pick lever locks. kwoswalt99-'s right, that it's dealing with 5 lever curtained locks that's the main challange you'll need to address.
learning to make and use basic wires is a great place to start, if you feel you must have a 2in1, there are cheaper ones than the rb ones. a 7g will fit in a 6g hole but not the other way round. however the 6g rb pick is a perfect fit for the union 3 lever lock (very common) with no cutting.
have a good read of the european lock section here, going all the way back, there's a ton of info of use.
and let us know what you go for and how you get on.
