Medeco is a tough nut to crack if you've never picked one before and there is no special tool to remove LFIC cores from their housings. I'm sure there's some destructive methods such as drilling the control lug, but we don't discuss that in public here, and I'm sure you prefer not to drill them out at this point.
Not sure what you can pick at this point or if you need to get your feet wet again with some practice first, but in order to pick a Medeco LFIC to the control lug, the plug has to go from 12 back to 11 counter clockwise. the 3rd and 4th pins are the control lug shearline if my memory serves me right, but all 5 need to be picked to shear line.
The key pins will have to be set to angles as well, a half diamond can be used to do that, but it take a decent amount of practice and its assumed you can already pick something like a Schlage or a BEST without breaking a sweat.
Are you cylinders in Mortise housings? if they're out of the door, you might be able to cut apart one of the housings with a hack saw, remove the core once you split the housing in half and then take apart the core and decode the control key, make a key using a hand file if you don't have a machine to cut Medeco keys and use your new control key to remove the other cores. getting blanks could be easy if it is a Medeco Classic, but not if it's a Medeco Biaxial which has a special logo on the front.
