nice work and nice lock porn photos! I like how they have serrations in the key pins as well! and a manufacturing date code, that's really smart so a lockie can tell if a certain model has xyz feature such as anti snapping or anti drilling / anti picking pins.

keep up the good work, and if you decide to sell any, I'm sure there would be interested members, I know I would be.

Very nice work indeed. Is it possible to see the cam better? I'm interested in the unusual way to hold the C clips. Looks like those are screwed to the cam. I've never seen it done this way.

Cheers :)

It is a split pin that goes through the cam and secures the two C clips, once the split pin is removed with a pin punch the two clips just fall off.

Ok thanks. I'm worried that with time the split pin may move and loosen one of the two C clips. I'm not an engineer so this is pure speculation.

Cheers :)

The split pin is a very very tight fit, there is no chance that it will work loose.

Hi very nice cutaway and pictures.
As Vetal, I'm very interested in the 5th picn and the 5th cut in the key. Is there a spring in that place ?
