You are getting pretty good at hand-cranking cutaways, Blue.  Maybe you could post a 3/4 view from the back, so we can see the angles of the cuts. Gordon

What keeps the LFIC from sliding out of (or at least sliding around in) the mortise? Doesn't it slide back and forth quite a bit? Gordon

the control lug is on the other side so its secure when engaged, I will take better pictures in a min  (and those other medeco pics you asked for)

It turns the same direction as a Best? Thought they turned the other way.
