It depends on the specific model, "Magnum" is Master Lock's branding for their hexagonal-shackle and slightly beefier body casing padlocks. If the lock you have uses a riveted body you are out of luck unless you can somehow replace all of the rivets after grinding them off. If you have one of the slightly higher-end models which have an American Lock style armored retaining plate over the face of the internal cylinder you should be able to replace the cylinder in the same fashion as American Lock: unlock the padlock and swing the shackle to the side, insert a small screwdriver (usually a #1 Philips) into the shackle hole and undo the retaining screw so the retaining plate and cylinder drop out, insert the new cylinder (making sure it engages the latch mechanism properly) then replace the retaining plate and screw it back into place.
If you can provide us with the exact model we can probably help you with more specifics. The model number is usually stamped on the base-plate surrounding the keyway, near one side.
