So I just got a response:

I looked in my porch and there was a card placed there, the date is 11-2, in the UK that's the 11th of Feb which was around a week ago. I can go there midday tomorrow and it should be there; and the item reference number on the card is the same as the one he sent me on FB, so I know this card is for the Storm pick set.

Bit of a pain that I didn't get the email that said it had been dispatched, but at least I know it's been shipped already.

Cinderella story then. Let us know how the picks are, I wouldn't order from them again but curiosity is what led me to order to begin with.

This is the set, I tried them out briefly and they seem durable but also fairly easily to move around in the lock. With that said, I haven't opened any locks with them due to being a total beginner, but I'll post here again when I succeed with that.

Tension wrench sizes are: 2.75mm; 3.25mm; and 3.75mm from right to left (the image turned upside down upon upload), and I'm sure you're all well aware of what the other tools are...

I would say though that the wrenches are maybe a bit too... flexible? Not outright flimsy, and it won't be a problem on most locks, but for the some of the 'tougher' locks I have it will be difficult to be able to apply enough tension.

The case is velco and is padded.

Update: Just picked my first lock! https://i.imgur.com/oCGWijO.jpg < image of padlock and tools used (2.75mm wrench).

Took me about 15 mins of finding the pins, using the right wrench, and applying the correct amount of tension to finally unlock it.

All's well that ends well, although I'll keep practicing.

Congrats!

Just when you finally think you have learned it all, that is when you learn that you don't know anything yet.
