I've found a way to do this in pretty low algorithmic time. Since the development and analysis of this idea are pretty math heavy and don't really fit this thread so far, I'm going to post it in a new one (Also if the mods determine the post as too math heavy for this board, the thread can be moved to the correct area). I thought I'd post here so anyone following this thread would know to look out for the new post.

I can't remember, and don't have Pulford's book with me, but for a 6 pin biaxial, I calculated ~34 million differs. That's without MACS or redundant bittings subtracted, and with the sidebar differs included. Not including the sidebar, there's ~47,000 theoretical differs.
