I don't want to be rude, but I doubt many people are going to read that entire list and check them against a list of all possible cards.

Why not buy a copy of HPC CodeSource? Then you can just print any card that you need if you don't already have it.

You can also go on HPC's site and look at the list of available cards.

It's not all of them, it's just a list of their "standard deck" of cards. The set that is included with some versions of the Blitz code cutter or punch machine.

I imagine there are a few obsolete cards that exist but are no longer listed or made.
You'll notice that most of the high-security lock cards aren't listed there either. Most of those you can special order through a good locksmith supply wholesaler.

That's why if you buy their code software you can print cards that you need. Also the micrometer cards are very handy as they allow you to code cut anything for which you have depth and space information.

http://www.hpcworld.com/cc/blitzandswitch/xref/index.html

you now you can search for this on hpc's site and google as well, right?

I don't know what to tell you buddy, call or email HPC, sorry, but we are not HPC support..

or google it: here's that Renault/Peugeot pf113 card.. http://www.plsgroup.com/%28S%28gb03axmg ... &sid=12008 you expect to be cutting a lot of Renault/Peugeot keys?

What's your end goal? just to know all the cards ever made or to have the entire complete set even if it is for cars and motorcycles you might never come across in the US?

It's the title of the thread........

I counted my cards and I only had 95
This included one duplicate and two that aren't even on the standard deck of cards list
So I only have 92 out of a deck of 104
I want to make sure I can do all of what I am supposed to be able to do

An oddity i just noticed if you look at the standard deck of cards there is a pf236 that says its for kia2003 but if you look at hpc's cross reference there is no pf236.......

Ok so I talked to hpc and even their codesource software doesn't have a pf236.........
Also they didn't have a full list readily available that they knew of -_-

All the points I raised were met with silence and let me get back to you about that

So I gave them my contact info and I'm waiting for a reply

It seems like you need to reach out to HPC and have them clear this up for you. Its always good to get a second set of eyes to verify things when you can't figure it out, but this is paperwork and just requires you to put in the time to reference information that is freely available. There is a huge difference between can't and won't and this to me at least seems like you just do not want to put in the time to go through the information and check off whats there and what isn't.

Have you had any issues missing cards up to this point? Any keys you haven't been able to cut as a result? That would be where i started if it were me.

Create an Excel file and make a card catalogue, one row for cards you have and one for cards that exist. Use the search function and when you have 2 results from the search mark them green. Once you get through all that is in your inventory row go get the cards that are missing or make a determination if you actually need them. You can create a formula to automate this process and should make very short work of it.

You can order individual cards by number. At least some of them anyway. You just have to put in some effort to find a place that's selling them individually. The problem you might run into is that they usually cost around $15 apiece when sold that way.

sleepyrz wrote:I want to make sure I can do all of what I am supposed to be able to do

I imagine you've already discovered that there are some keys you can't cut with the punch, right?
Some things require the regular kind of machine with a rotary cutting wheel.
So having all the cards won't help you in every case.

Then you have laser track keys and other types which need entirely different duplicators and code machines. It's an expensive business to get set up for, if you really want to cover all the bases.

And I'll say this again: Remember that you can always fall back on the micrometer cards. There is depth and space data available online for the majority of common brands you'll run across. With those cards and that data, you're covered for an awful lot of contingencies.
