They're a legitimate locksmith supply house, with a fun name, just tell your employer that. Not everything can be purchased at McMaster Carr or Grainger.

Haha, it's real hit or miss when it comes to the Japanese and their sense of humor. You can tell real quick just by asking "what is kancho?".

You could rivet a normal cam lock plate to the plate. They are less than $1. Like these.

Agree with Cledry. If you can't punch a d hole, cutting a round hole and using a cam lock plate is the next best thing. I find that they usually thicker than the base material and therefore less prone to coming loose due to "rounding out".
