I get a call from a customer that locked his keys in the truck of the car a least once a week. Frequently the car model will go into security mode and disabled the trunk unlock latch when opened with a car lockout kit. Furthermore, some of those cars back seats do not come down to access the trunk.
Is there a way to pick a car trunk lock?

Look to your left on the screen at the blue/white menu, scroll down until you see Advanced Topics - Membership Information, click that, and read the Announcements there and find the link in one of the announcements to Apply/Join the Advanced group. Squelchtone

Not always very easy. Some are quite difficult.

Let me qualify. Every one I've tried was easy. I'm sure there are hard ones. Unless the car is high end I'm sure they are most likely easy. There, more accurate of an answer

I recall needing to open a deadlocked bmw trunk years ago, it was far from 'easy' I wound up impressioning a key to it.

I don't touch automotive locks professionally, but my personal car locks involve sliders and a laser-cut key.
I'm a reasonably accomplished lockpicker, but in practicing on a trunk key from the same model sourced at a junkyard, I got absolutely nowhere.

There's a couple of non destructive ways to open trunk locks without picking, but you need to have model specific knowledge. These methods are probably considered "advanced" so it's not really my place to describe them here.
