I think you mean anti picking pins or security pins, but we don't commonly refer to such a pin as a High Security Pin. High security is a term applied to locks that have specific features such as 2 points of locking, drill protection, a particular rating to withstand picking attack for x minutes, etc. A spool pin in a Kwikset lock doesn't suddenly make the lock high security.
Per our chat last night, I really don't think you'll find anyone making universal mushroom pins that will fit into that Schlage keyway practice lock you bought. only spool and serrated. Some locksmiths actually don't differentiate and call spool pins mushroom pins.
LAB is back online again after yesterday's interesting error on their website. Perhaps contact them to see if they make a bigger variety of anti picking pins such as mushroom or other.
http://www.labpins.com/htm/spool.htmlT pins are made for a particular Schlage knob cylinder, and *could* be used to rekey a normal lock and make them act like a security pin, but they are not security pins when used in a compressible bible KIK cylinder. and if you're looking for ASSA style barrel pins for that Schlage keyway practice lock, you'll probably have to turn your own on a lathe, as it's not an off the shelf product, and I believe they are a different diameter pin than Schlage plugs are drilled for. This page lists some different lock manufacturers pin diameter sizes
