Is this basically the cylinder that was in your lock?

If it is, and you locked it while it was outside the lock (which is what it sounds like), you can push the pins from below through these holes in the bottom:

I would clamp it upside down, apply some tension with your tension wrench, and push on the pins pins. Since it's zero bitted (and this the pins stack is short), you will probably be able to just push the spring, top pin, and bottom pin all up into the bible, and not even worry about hitting the shear line, but if not, it should still be an easy enough job.
