These cuffs have a retail value of $20. Because it is listed on an upcoming live auction it will be interesting to see how much over retail it sells for. I may be wrong but I think the auction price will exceed retail value.

And what about bidders who would not be able to pick up the items? No shipping services offered? Why have a live auction online without allowing bidders outside the area?

It will be interesting to see what those cuffs go for.
