I just finished the FB program and I can second what everyone here has said already: it's a bit dated, take free courses if you can. I chose their program because there isn't really anything else in my area.

Did you happen to order their "Continuing education studies skills 41-51"?

I, myself took the Foley Belsaw course and it gave me the basic understanding and structure of lock smithing. Latter when I got serious about the trade I enrolled in more advance classes through Locksmith institute (LSI).

I just signed up for the Foley-Belsaw course since research, aside from SOPL, seemed to make it the best for general knowledge and a start. I'm not kidding myself that I'll be a CML at the end for sure. One question I could not find an answer for: does Foley go into electronic and key card locks? Any responses would be greatly appreciated and I have to say I'm quite happy I found this site.
Thank you.

You probably won't be a CRL either. It's not really a test you can pass just by reading books and memorizing things. It'll help don't get me wrong but a good number of its questions are designed to be answered by experience only.

I can think of quite a few "scenarios" in the mandatory and electives tests that required you to identify the likely cause for a problem. That's one of the things experience can only teach.
