I stumbled upon this beautiful lock today. I am so impressed with the biting, that looks like its going to be hard to pick. The key way is to small for a tension wrench, and top of the key way blocks the pins. This is going to be a tough one to pick but when I do its going to feel good. :)

P.S.
I did a quick google search and the wikipedia page is a little light. If you have any info on this lock I would loke to learn more.

Make a tweezers-type tension wrench with one side shorter (for the top of the keyway).

I have a couple eagle locks and a few eagle keys. The markings on the key are really nice and stood out when I found my first one. Do you how old your lock is?

Years back it seems the workmanship on the exterior of the cheaper locks was so much superior to today inexpensive locks. The eagle locks I have were easy to pick....but they looked nice.

The keys however are a work of art.

I don't know how old it is. I was hoping someone here would. I am a little sad to hear it was easy to pick. How did you go about picking it? I just ordered a Peterson .015" pick and in the process of making a tension wrench. Sparrows smallest tension wrench dwarfs this key way, and Sparrows SSDeV hook is to big to fit Also, I agree that the key is a work of art. To me that's a beautiful work of art. Wish I had a spare to tare open.
