Kit for a Noob

Hi Guys mi new in this hobby and need some tools for do exercise...
Can someone please suggest me a starter kit ?
I try with euro cilindrer but IT have Two security pin and it's too hard for me... So im looking for some think that can take me step by step to this level

I personally have this kit and it's a great set. It's almost identical to madbobs ghost pro kit. Its from the UK obviously. (Shipping to the us took 10 days)
