Help identifying handheld cutter

Postby hatrabbit » 30 Jul 2016 8:36

Hello...

I can't find any info on this handheld key cutter. It's labeled 'Schlage' but there's no model number. I'd like to find some info or literature/instructions on it, but I haven't been able to find it in online searches. Do any of you know how I could identify this?

Thanks

Definitely looks like a Curtis but I am not sure of the model number. Google image "Curtis key cutter" and you might be able to identify the exact model.

Those were made by Schlage a very long time ago, for cutting standard cylinder keys. I've seen pics on other forums and eBay.
