I assume you have lubricated the lock, and that it has not been tampered with and damaged it's functionality! As for methods, I have three,
1. I bottom out the pick turn to the right and hold it in that direction whilst bouncing the pick in & out about 1/6" untill it's open,
2. I bottom out the pick then wiggle left & right untill it opens,
3. A mixture of both of the above, bouncing followed by wiggling. If you still have a problem try again and this time look at the end of your pick, you may find that some of the pins have not moved! you may need to regulate the picks tension, and the fact that the pins may move doesn't mean the tension is correct, some times they just do not move enough untill you have the
right amount of tension. You can find out if this is the case by making a note of which pins are raised and to where (Helps if you have a decoder and measure off the pick depths) then try again, if this time you get a different reading you have a tension problem or you are not putting the pick in straight, ie your tilting it very slightly on entering the lock and getting a false reading...
