This is in Minnesota, just across the Mississippi River from my old stomping grounds in Wisconsin. The brevity of the report doesn't yield much information.
If he were up to no good I doubt he would tell police he was in there looking for a safe. Updates please, if there are any!

A safe underwater? Maybe it's from ANCHOR SAFE CO in Warren, MI.
Get it? Anchor?
