Great little video. At 4.25 you can clearly see where lever number 2 is (or should be) its a solid ward, rather than a lever. So for guys thats had a go at lever padlocks, and thought there is something weird inside. Or looked at a key and thought a lock has more levers inside than it actually has. This clip also shows why.

Amazing video. Wonder that there is so much manual work included. I would have assumed that everything is done automatically. Is the manufacturing process see in this video still the way that these locks are done today?

It's a modern tv show, I assume the footage is relatively new.
