ANKER stuck

Postby Ankerfun » 20 Nov 2016 7:54

This old ANKER lock, that worked smoothly for a number of years, suddenly got stuck in a locked position.
It doesn't respond to any of 3 identical keys.
Is there a way to activate the locking system without wrecking the lock ?
If affirmative, how to avoid this happening again ?
Thanks for advice,
Ankerfun
