Correct, it is an Arrow.
OP, the reason you cannot see a name is because the installer elected to use a "drive-in" deadbolt. Standard deadbolts carry a name on their plates. And for others than may be using the search function, you can tell it's an Arrow from a few clues:
-The tiered design of the lock itself.
-The dots/design on the bolt face.
-The shutter's tab at the bottom of the keyway.
In terms of quality and strength I don't think anyone can top them in their price point. But that's just my opinion.
