Looking for someone to pin Best locks and cut keys

Postby OrMeanGene » 21 Feb 2017 1:31

I'm looking for the resident Best lock guy. I have 6 sfic cylinders i need pinned. I'll also need a control and operating key cut. I have the blanks. The cylinders are completely empty. Looking for some more aggressive bitting. If this is in your wheelhouse, shoot me a PM. Include the cost as well please. I have a random schlage lfic with C123 everest keyway (no check pin) thats zero bitted with blanks also if your able to do all. Let me know via pm so i get notified. Or email.

Thanks a bunch

Be aware than some key machines need special adapters to cut the Wx series blanks.

as I told you in PM...Tim Monte/Papa777 on ebay. He does this for a living after retiring from the phone company and his prices are very reasonable.

Gordon - you are right, you need a special jig to cut Wx keys for some code machines, and some of them are reverse patterns.

Gene: I've bought cores with keys from Tim, and they've all worked perfectly. I've gotten WB,WC, and WG cores from him, - he may not have stock on some cores, but if you get in touch with him, you can probably send him your cores and he'll combinate/make keys for them. After my initial eBay purchases, I dealt with him directly - that's much better since payPal/eBay don't get to leech money from the transaction.

Another vote for Tim Monte. It is from him that I was able to complete my set of Best SFIC key blanks. Though still need WK, if anyone has some dead stock. They have been out of production for over 8 years now. :(
