I got this lock gutted the other day & i wanted to list the steps i took to do it. I know some of you bought or are planning to buy 1 of these & theres not much out there on how to disassemble it. Before i go into to much detail i would like to point out that i am not a locksmith & i am still learning locks so some of the wording i use may not be correct. I would also like to point out that beacuse i am inexperienced this may or may not be the correct way to do this.
In the back of the lock theres a bearing on the bottom of the keyway.

You need to depress this bearing & rotate the plug until the side bars bind (about a 8th or 10th of a turn).

Then (without the key) push the plug out with a follower but be careful the inside of the housing has all sorts of milling cut into it that will catch your follower. The top pins on mine also got caught up on the groove in the back for the retaining clip so i would recommend filling that groove if you can with some thread or something.

After removing the plug theres 13 bearings of various sizes 7 on top & 6 on the bottom. Thankfully only 1 of them comes out

then the side bars can be removed & you will have some plastic rings that just slip off 1 is actually a split ring so it falls off. Then your left with this plastic base plate.

The plate is just pressed in place so with some careful prying (while pulling with tweezers) it comes off. That will reveal what i am going to call side bar #2 & under that a cover plate that retains the magnetic discs.

Heres a picture of the lock disassembled i only removed the plastic base plate, side bar #2, cover, & magnetic discs from 1 side though. I need a bigger pinning mat. Those little discs like to stick together & get mixed up.

Upon reassembly i could not get the plug back into the housing unless i put some thread in the groove for the retaining clip. Im sure theres a better way to do this but its what i had on hand.

I hope this helps someone.
