Hey guys, need a BEST key black identification. I could never identify these blanks without them infront of me to compare. Thanks!

Is there any chance you could get a better picture of the end of the key or perhaps the lock itself?

As far as I know, Cormax keys are all patented/restricted and blanks aren't available.

+1...

Best CORMAX is the current "patented" product line which is compatible with many existing keyways to upgrade security in existing keying systems... Much in the way Schlage Primus was for the original open family of keyways...

The patented part is a slider mechanism which is operated by the countermilling at the tip of the blank on the keyway broaching...

You will not be able to find these blanks other than from the OEM as an order for service to an authorized established system...

That appears to be a Cormax X-series key, and Best seems to not disclose these keyways. X series Cormax keyways are unique to Cormax and are not based off of any of the Best standard keyways that we know of. They are not backward compatible like the M series Cormax, which uses the familiar J, K, L, and M keyways and can work with the standard cores.
