Locked ebay item, i would like to buy (no keys )

Hello, New to the forum and know very little about picking.

Their is A Server Rack Cabinet (Demo unit), However all 3x sides are locked and they have lost the keys. I live close to them and could use this Rack, However locksmiths cost more then what this thing is really worth.

How hard would yall say this would be to pick .. sorry don't better pics of the locks .. .... this is the listing on ebay.

Also, If it would not be that hard , what picks would I need ?

Thank you , Neko.

Let's say that you want to use this cabinet connected to something. You'll need to open one of the big pre-cut holes on the back or on the bottom. Trough this big hole you can unscrew the bolt that holds one of the camlocks, open the door and replace it with a new one.

Cheers :)

Since you won't have a key, drill one of them out then replace them if you need them.

Alternatively, most mass-produced equipment cabinets like that use one of a very small handful of keys to open every unit ever produced (unless of course they've been custom-keyed by the end user). I have a collection of about half a dozen of them that opens probably >90% of those things. If you know the make and model of the cabinet, you can probably do a bit of Googling and find which key it uses, and probably also find someone who's selling that key on eBay. Just looking at the pics in that listing, there's not really a clear shot of the lock itself, but it looks like it could possibly be a CH751, which is one of the more common ones. It'd probably be cheaper to find and buy a key from eBay than to drill/remove/replace the existing locks (if you care at all about locking it of course).

Femurat has it all laid out for you.

Plain and simple.

They use locks from Southco, random keyed. If you take the cabinet to a locksmith $20 at most should get you a key.
