Trust me there are much better threads on Medeco than this one.

He's fortunately Mr. Picks beat me to the punch, I was about to depress the blackwave button. Lucky for him, he was blocked and the account was deleted first.

why someone would want to do this is beyond me, is it because they feel they are too good for the site ?
i think tony will be back , different name etc, but why ?
lockpicking 101 has grown so much , that many institutions now look in, many established locksmiths lurk and post here, many wouldnt admit it though.
with planned changes and info going into the advanced restricted areas and the open areas, it can only get better, we are fast becoming a substantial forum throughout industry around the world.
through education and shared resources we can change many peoples views on locksmithing, in just a few short months the uk lockeys on 101 have been converted to picking bs locks rather than drilling, the emails i now get are not for drill points but for questions on picks and picking, this is a 100% improvement here alone.
our cousins across the pond have developed a keen interest in these locks, i also think our own romstar will crack some interesting picks and tools at affordable prices.
it will be slow comming , but the new info will be worth waiting for, sadly though, i wont be posting alot on drill points, this site is for picking , not drilling, so for those hoping for free short cuts, sorry . i wont be posting alone, alot of you now have the picks and your gaining experience in their use, so share your tips and experiences with all, i want to read what you pick and how, from this we all gain.

semi-related:
there's a recently identified (about 5 days ago) vulnerability in PHPBB. that most likely allows rights amplification. I've PM'ed chucklz because he seemed the most computer literate mod at the time...
there's a one line fix, but until that happens on this board, there's potential for further attacks..
Cheers,
WH.
Oh look! it's 2016!

are there strange goings on ? and is this possible that its an error and tony is innocent ?
i ask as i wouldnt like to condemn an innocent guy, if guilty then burn .

Actually there has been a critical update released that fixes the problem all together.

Although I'm not sure how usefull this would be for anything but unauthorized duplication of restricted keys(hence why I've never bothered testing it,) I've always figured epoxy putty sandwiched between 2 pieces of bent brickstrap would work alright as a ghetto medeco blank.

Disrimination you say? Say that word outloud, its sounds like listening to Astro or Scooby Do...... I think what you were trying to type was DisCrimination, which still would not really be the case, since no one told him he couldn't join this community. People said they would be wary of him but that as long as he turned out alright it was all cool.
Thomas
i know how to speel discrimination,it was a mistake, and when i tried to go back, for some reason,my post dosnt have a modifacation button .
maybe i did misunderstand everyones posts, sorry,i have just experienced alot of discrimination in my life and it pisses me off.

There is no edit button. It was apparently misused, so it was disabled.

I wish all the noobs would do that. Incorrect spelling can get annoying.

Aye, that is the rub. Given the global nature of the Internet and the international breadth of LP101's members, I'd be inclined to give folks a break when grammar and spelling are in question. It's easy to see on most boards, especially on those which prefer posters to use English, that non-English speakers are, by far, the most often picked on.
Yes, yes, I know that many of us think we have command of the English language and have fine grammar, but I shudder when I think of conversations I hear daily. Least'n we ain't got none of them thar Southerners. Ya'll know them's talk in a funny way!
