Abloy (341) Help, Please. :)

Postby DarkWoodPicks » 18 Jun 2017 22:37

Hello,

I've had this Abloy 341 in my naughty bucket for over 2 years! Recently got a tool to pick it, or so I thought. I modified it to work and it kinda does, but you have to prepare the lock to be picked and that's tricky. It's not like a normal disc detainer it's slightly different. I figure if I can't be the only one who is curious.

I plan on targeting this lock for the next little bit. It's the 341 I'm trying to open, it has a butterfly keyway. The other Abloy 241 is a crescent moon and I know what that tool looks like and will try it after I get the 341.
Anyone have any tips they'd like to share? :)

Just fyi, Photos wont display using the [image] or [img] commands if you dont link to the actual file, those URLs are to a google folder.. it needs to link to domain.com/folder/filename.jpg

We also dont discuss picking or decoding Abloys or other locks people use for their high security needs in the public areas of the forum. If someone wishes to help you via private mail, then thats fine.

No, you cant. This is because people in the past would say something nasty then come back an hour later and delete it and pretend they never said it or someone would leave the forum in a huff and delete all their posts and replies leaving weird holes in the threads.

At least with your post here, folks know what youre working on and they can reach out to you if they have some useful advice.
