SCLAK secure access control system. Is it really secure?

Postby femurat » 27 Jul 2017 2:08

I've found this new product called SCLAK and I'm wondering if anyone has experience with it.
Is it really secure as they say on the website? I know the bluetooth protocol can be hacked, but they say it's not possible to analyse the messages to extract the secret key, encrypted with SHA-2.
Is the app the weak point? I imagine that there may be attacks against this new technology. I'm not planning to do it myself, just curious.

Thanks

ps: I have no affiliation with the manufacturer.

Hope all is well, never like when they don't tell you the price, where I did find it , it was Expensive.
Vikingelectronics.com used to have a 4 channel Bluetooth relay, Just called them and was discontinued due to no one putting it to use, Great for opening car door if locked out. Many uses. Engineer says they may see about bringing it back. Seems like even a little less. I will talk to them again and see if they do, that they include the extra security?
Just curious, can Bluetooth be hacked, not from the transmitters signal, but from the receivers?
