Same here! Those are absolutely beautiful picks. Are you by any chance a knifemaker, ratyoke? I see a lot of "knifemaking" sort of style in those picks. Beautiful work!

I have a couple videos on YouTube, but it's just random work being done on aluminum picks. Not a tutorial or anything. I'm ratyoke on YouTube too.

I'm a jeweler, but I have read books and watched videos on how to make knives and made a couple a long time ago, so the process is familiar to me.

2. what is the thickness of the tip?

It's been a while since I auctioned any on a forum. I am mostly selling on my facebook page now, Ratyoke Custom Lockpicks

Steel is 1095 high carbon steel feeler gauge stock.

Most are either 0.019" or 0.024"

I've been living in Taiwan for about the past two years. I took some time off pick making while I set up a workshop here, but I have been back to making picks for the past several months. Unfortunately I don't have the nice photo set up like I had in the US, so here is a pic of a leadwood handle pick outside on my patio.
