How to open internal doors/key lock on old Victor Safe

I have an old Victor wall safe with combination lock on external door. It's open now there are intal doors that have a key lock that I'm trying to open (needless to say I don't have the key).

Much thanks in advance to how I get these doors open.

Still can't see any pics. That said, it is very likely a lever lock using a flat steel key. It will need to have a key impressioned. There is a thread on impressioning different kinds of locks here. If you scroll down past warded and wafer locks, there is a section in lever locks. If you look at the first picture in that section, you will see the kind of lock I suspect is in your Victor safe.
