ok folks, I bought a lockpick set, and have a masterlock #1, and my roommates and I have found that it is becoming easier and easier to pick. Is it possible that we've picked it too much and something has happened to it internally?

Possible, but not very likely. The more you pick a particular lock, the more you learn its personality. Meaning, you remember with your mind and muscle memory where the pins set, which pins need to go in what order etc.

Ok, that seems logical. but its weird, I think I'm only hitting 3 of the 4 pins and its opening now. But I don't know, maybe not.

The neck of the pick could have pushed a pin up. For example, if you push the tip of the pick up on a pin with a 4 cut and the pin right in front is a 5 cut, it might also get set. It has happened to me quite a few times. :D
