Lost Combination to S-cientest Safe Cabinet

Forgot how to dial the combination on that old safe? Think you got the right numbers but the handle is stuck? What safe should you buy? Ask your safe questions here!

Lost Combination to S-cientest Safe Cabinet

Postby SafeNovice » 26 Nov 2017 15:55

Hoping for a little help, we have a safe in my grandparents' house for which we have had then lost the combination. I suspect the tiny slip of paper the combination was written on is in the safe . . . where we left it the last time it was opened.

Anyway, I was talking to someone today that said that most safe companies have a default setting for the combination for their safes, and I found this site . . . so I thought I might ask the experts. Does anyone know anything about a S-cientest Safe Cabinet "B", made in Marietta, Ohio? It is large, with side by side doors, and the combination dial is a Yale.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Safes are used to hold things people feel may have value. As such, we are hesitant to give information on how to open a safe to a complete stranger. Information on how to open safes to which the combination is restricted to the advanced forums.

This is not saying anything negative about yourself, but that we don't want someone using Google to find out how to open safes to which they are not allowed access.

If someone wants to send you the information via private message, that is up to them. But no information will be posted on the open forum.

Thank you for your understanding,
