How to get around the european lock wardings?

Postby Drake122 » 27 Mar 2018 12:31

Hey guys!

So, today I received my first picks from Multipick, a small and a medium hook with 0.6mm thickness + tension wrenches.
When I tried to pick a pretty standard, cheap padlock, I noticed that the pick that was designed with European locks in mind wouldn't really fit.
The warding isn't that horrible, but it still blocks my pick in the back. If I bend it a bit, to fit in there, the shaft of the pick oversets the rest.
How can I get around that, what should I be looking out for?

I see ppl on youtube picking euro keyways with 15 thousands, which is about 0.38mm thick picks, but I can't find that thin picks on Multipicks.
Should I grind myself some? :'(
