I know, you either love or hate the Foley 200. It isn't the best machine, but when you are working out of a Transit Connect it fits the space needed. Besides, I also carry a HPC 1200 punch and other punches for common keys. Just when you need to make a Yale GA with a side bar, the side bar you can't make on this one, but the main key you can. Carry a side bar mill to do that ...
Just a note here, I ran into this item on a job. It is YALE sectional key with a side bar milled into the lower edge. There are 3 depths, and 5 fingers and a sidebar inside the lock. Trust me you need to get this right or the key won't work
ANYWAY - I needed a belt for mine, and started looking around. Foley is well not in business and is. The deal is this - the original owners sold the thing out to several people, some bought the sharpening biz, and one other bought the locksmith side.
Find him at - http://www.foleybelsawlocksmithing.com The guy is Rich Cobain and he is out of River Falls, Wi. So look under the 200 machine parts for the belt - or any other 200 parts you may need.
Look, don't diss the Foley. I know it isn't the greatest machine in the world, but in a jamb, it works wonders. If an old timer like me can get this thing to work out in the field, then you could too. Give it a chance and take it easy - it will produce wonderful keys which work well --- well enough to work in this YALE lock I mentioned above.
