I am new to this site and I do not want to learn how to pick locks. I just bought a hanging lock box from Brinks to put a key in. It locks with a code, using 4 numbers. I got it open using 0 0 0 0 and then I closed it without resetting the code (or so I thought), now I can't get it open again. I haven't even used it yet, it's brand new. I need help getting it opened. Any advice?

any chance you are pulling on the wrong edge of the box? is the shackle clicked down all the way? rotate the numbers all the way around from 0 to 1 to 2 to 3 all the way back to 0 0 0 0 and see if that helps.
you could see if something got bumped and it's 1 number off, maybe try 1 0 0 0 or 9 9 9 9 or 1 1 1 1 or 0 0 0 1, 0 1 0 0, and 0 0 1 0
