I found 2 working locks with 2 keys per lock ($19 U.S. including shipping). They are medeco 4 pin locks and are in Ok shape. They are keyed differently but this is fine as I believe they where originally keyed this way as one lock lets you get into the "guts" of the phone and the other one is for the coin box, in this way a phone technician wouldn't have access to the money box. (top lock was ebay buy, bottom lock came with phone - better shape but no pins or keys.

Pulled the core and took all the pins out of the "old" lock and put in the new ones. This was all kinda new to me as I've never dealt a side bars or beveled pins before.

Got them both rebuilt ok (I was a little bummed that one of the cores only had 3 pins, so was missing key & top pins from one chamber and making this type of pin is beyond me). Once everything was back together
they actually worked!

If anyone is interested in seeing the "inner guts" of the phone and how the locks and the locking bars inter connect let me know and I'll make anther post. Gantry
