Do they make lishi style picks for kw and sc?

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Do they make lishi style picks for kw and sc?

They already have a KW1 Lishi tool. You will see more being sold as the year goes by.

I wondered that as well, in particular KW1, SC1, and M1. As they are most common, glad to see the KW1 finally out, SC is basically.a mirror of KW. Waiting for the SC. Mostly want to decode, more than pick, as you can produce a key from a picked lock, preventing dissembly of the lock. I have about 400 different M1 keys, 200-300 KW and SC's, great for making yard sale master locks usable again, usually at least 1 works. Lazier than Impressioning. I thought reason they didn't make the 3 was the keyway. Figured to have depth keys with the bumps removed, then push in 1 by 1 to find depth of first cut, then maybe 2nd and 3rd if a deeper cut than the previous pin(this is with lock picked open).
Was also thinking small wires at each pin position in a milled groove on key to allow individual picking of pins.
Sure glad the new Lishi KW1 came out. Wonder if the length of a 6 pin SC tool would not have strength to apply to that 6th pin. Would be happy if was able to decode only.

Wait 6 months and it will be down to $25 or less from AliExpress or BangGood. I wouldn't pay that type of money for a Lishi. The probe can break easily if you are not careful. SC1 might be harder because of the keyway blocks a direct path to the pins more than the KW1.

Yeah, I won't pay their price either, have gotten from Banggood, and Ali Express tools for $15 to $30,
From more local Companies $100-$150 same tool?. Don't need it that bad

Both Lishi 2 in 1 Pick Decoders for KW1 and SC4 available for pre order $120.00 each at American Key Supply.

Video looks easy on a nice clean lock in a vise. But in the field with old dirty locks in a bind how many uses will you get before it breaks or sprung out of calibration by a heavy handed users is the question. Worth getting just to have one for show and tell. My order is in for both to add to my collection price is not a problem for me. If I want it I buy it.

Do they have the SC1?, SC 20 would be Ultimate, but would likely be too thin to be strong enough.

It says the Schlage does both SC1 and SC4.

Why the Kwikset only is made for 5 pin is a mystery.
They may update it to do both later as it was the first attempt to make these.

According to Mr Locksmith, they make a 6 Pin Kwikset Lishi, he says he can't do a Video yet(legalities?), but the're others that Demonstrate the KW1, and the 6 pin Schlage. Looks like they work well.
