Sheet Steel for Pick Making

Anyone know of any small sheets of steel, readily available that would be ideal for pick making? I will have access to a high powered laser cutter for a little bit and want to take advantage of that and try cutting some pick designs, that I have been toying with.

That just might work. I should be able to get at least four or five picks cut on one strip of that with some creative placement. Good looking out.

I used to get feeler gauge metal in the desired thickness and make picks from that. You can even get it in coils/rolls with enough to make lots of picks.

There are a few sellers selling the right blanks for pick making in the UK.
I've asked if they are still selling.

All of the standard pickmaking material would work but the last time I tried it with that I kept tearing it up. Really need a little margin. Squelchtone put me in a rabbit hole and ended up finding some sheets from another seller that looks like I should be able to make 25-30 picks per sheet @ $18/sheet.
