That company has been out of business for ages. Unless our new friend has a Delorean or a Bill & Ted's time traveling phone booth, there is no manufacturer to contact.
The only thing that comes close are the STAR safes from Amsec have removable dials, but their pins wont fit this pattern.
Only thing to do is to have this professionally drilled and scoped by a real safe technician (read: do not just call the first "locksmith" in the phone book or google results)
