Hi! I've got a HUGE # of 60's-90's car keys I've got a huge # of 'older' residential/commercial keys! Please, send me what key you're looking for! I'm 'dumping them' at $1.00 each + $3.00 shipping for up to 10 Toyota, Datsun, Nissan, Opel, GM (yes, RA4's are common!) I don't have old FORD keys, sold them to a collector who restores old fords.
Please Help Me get the 1000's of keys in my shop whittled down Almost NONE are original factory, most are ILCO, STAR, DL, Taylor, Curtis....etc.... If I don't have it (odd) I'll email you back and thank you!
Thanks, John

I wouldn't call $1 a piece dumping them. I rarely pay that much for key blanks when I buy them from my wholesaler.

My thoughts exactly. Can beat that easily buying on eBay. Gordon

Jim and Gordon, Gee Whiz - thank you for your overwhelmingly supportive posts! Sure, half of 'em you are pretty hard pressed to even find, why is it car collectors from all over get a hold of me with 'odd requests'? - yeah, I'll just keep 'em and parse them out one at a time.. Thanks! - perhaps next time suggest a good 'dump' price....?? - na, that'd be constructive. John

Hello John, and welcome to the forum. You don't qualify to sell items yet. Read the red rule on top of BUY-SELL-TRADE page. In this difficult times, I let your post stay instead of deleting it as I should have done. You're making me regret my decision. I'd appreciate a different tone of voice from a new member. Thank you

Nice to see your applied mathematics degree is being applied in your endeavors to sell old stock key blanks. We were just trying to let you know that your prices were way too high. You can check eBay for just about anything, and find examples of items being sold for far more than list price, let alone distributor pricing or wholesale. I saw a listing on eBay for aftermarket Abloy Classic blanks where the person was asking $30 each, plus $10 shipping each. I found them for $.22 each with free shipping. Was so tempted to get a few hundred of them and sell them at $1 each with free shipping just to show he was price gouging, but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Gordon
