Had a bird today - didn't know whether to pick it or take my time and slip it :lol: .

In the end I had to pick it because the rim case had been installed overlapping the edge of the door frame, and I couldn't get the mica to pass it. Also sold him a new cylinder when he saw how easily it picked open.

Yeah, doubled it's security by turning it upside down to fool anyone who tried to pick it !.

He didn't want to pay too much (surprise !), so I stuck an ASEC cylinder in. Cheap, but a nasty pick.

I've had a few doors where the mica wouldn't do the job, mainly due to screws not being countersunk or as mentioned - locks not properly alligned with the door edge. Moral - install poorly to maximise the security.

Its all down to money again i had one the other day wanting a wren cylinder put back as some clown sold that to them last year saying it was a high security cylinder and there better than a yale
