How did a topic on Van locks manage to digress onto discussing 17 year old spotty youths ?.

This forum never ceases to amaze !.

BTW - the youths around Sheffield have taken to using insulated wire to ram into keyways, and then push this between the pins (using a key I guess). Worse case I saw a few nights ago - wire wool pushed into the keyway and between the pins. The customer had made it worse by trying to open it with his key.

They dont have to be 17 year olds.

I didnt know you was in Sheffield, just over the hills from me so that means those little tricks will soon be coming over here.

, we're turning into a UK lockies general chat board at this time of night. From van locks to wire wool & a 4/5 page in 15 hours?

If anyone's interested - http://www.lock-picking.org/chat

Note: This is NOT to take anything away from LP101. I really do mean that. Just maybe a more convenient way for people to chat.
