When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.
I have never seen an actually ILCO pick set. Interesting yellow handles. The picks themselves look rather plain-jane. This from an eBay listing (disclaimer: I am not selling these, I have no ownership interest, yada yada...) Pete
