Couldn't do it in one, had to dup and continue. I like pointy pins, it marked the whole way down.

at the top right of the pic? That's just a small diameter key ring. Other wise it's a regular Papaiz euro cylinder.

Smallest lock I've ever fit a key to. Interestingly, the lock is solid brass. Had to widen the left side milling just a little for the blank to fit, also had to grind back a space.

Nice work on the Louis Vitton padlock. They are tiny.

Just wait until you get a smaller lock. I have had to use windshield wiper insert springs as blanks, with the bottom of the insert resting on the warding below the pins.

Would think wiper inserts would be overly tough. Also what kind of lock were you using those on?

They were little old pin tumbler suitcase locks, from before TSA took away all semblance of security from them. Had to use a half diamond and tension wrench made from a bobby pin (hair pin) to pick them because they were so tiny. I also used them for some warded locks like the Sterling Jr. locks.

I used wiper inserts because the blanks are very difficult to find. To use them, use a Sharpie to ink the edges, and then put the insert into the keyway on the pin side. Use a turning tool to bind the pins and wiggle the insert side to side. Remove the turning tool, then the insert. Look at the edge of the insert for places where the pins wore off the ink. File there using needle files.

Takes some practice, but it does work.

Abus No. 75/50.
The process went smoothly and quicker than expected.

Oh Yes. I think this has at least 3 spool drivers. I have only been able to pick this Abus twice and it took me awhile. In fact, impressioning went almost as fast as picking.

BKS 540 padlock.
I used the wrong blank. The Y54 is way too long and it is too thin with a lot of side room, but I thought this lock might use a full-size 5 pin key. I believe a Y5 or Y6 is probably correct for this lock.

Does anyone have the proper depths for the cuts? Maybe they're the same as Abus.

technosasquatch,
That's a nice Russwin lever lock.
Strangely enough, I got one very similar to it a few days ago. They're really neat.
